And despite denying that they're dating, Kylie Jenner did nothing to dispel speculation on Tuesday as she headed out to the cinema with Lil Twist.

 

 

The 15-year-old, who has also been linked to Jaden Smith, strode confidently next to her pal as they headed out to see a movie in Calabasas, clearly not worried about being spotted.

 

Looking upbeat and in good spirits, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star chatted to the 20-year-old musician as they spent a relaxed day together.

 

And Kylie didn't seem to be doing anything to quash rumors that the young star was her new boyfriend, happy to seen heading fro a movie date together.

 

 

The youngster looked as on-trend as usual in high-waisted denim cut-offs and a grey cropped top, matched with black biker boots.

 

She wore a grey jumper tied around her waist and had her hair loose and tousled, while her companion looked stylish in green shorts and a print shirt.

 

 

Despite the fact that Kylie's friendship with Twist seems to be heating up, the reality star denied reports the first time that pictures of them together emerged.

 

"Why am I dating every male I hang out with I don’t understand," she wrote, clearly upset by the rumors that were circulating.

Amanda Bynes ignited her trousers and screamed her dog had been burned after allegedly starting a fire on Monday night in a residential driveway.

 

The 27-year-old actress was found by sheriff's deputies about 9pm standing near the fire burning at a house in Thousand Oaks, California, said Captain Don Aguilar of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department on Tuesday.

  

The sheriff's department and fire department both responded to an emergency 911 call of a gasoline tank fire in a driveway, Aguilar said.

 

The homeowner said deputies later identified the woman as Amanda and said she had burned a part of her own clothing.

 

'It sounded like her clothing had been sort of singed,' the resident told TMZ.

 

A passerby named Andrew Liverpool said he was driving along when he saw a woman with her 'left pant leg on fire' and after he pulled over saw the woman grab her small dog.

 

Amanda tried to leave in a taxi, but Liverpool said he kept the cab from leaving.

 

'She was really frantic and she was like "my dog has been burned,"' Liverpool said.

 

 

A male caller to 911 reported a piece of cloth burning on a gasoline tank on a driveway and a second female caller confirmed a gasoline tank and fire, according to a report in TMZ.

 

Amanda was questioned by Ventura County Sheriff's Department deputies who determined she met the criteria for a psychiatric hold and she was detained, Aguilar said.

 

The 5150 hold is named after the California state code that allows for involuntary hospitalization for a mental health evaluation.

He hinted that the pair had informal nuptials, perhaps at the courthouse, informing his fans that they were planning a more formal affair this coming Fall.

'Me and Amber got married today. Weddings this fall. Thought I'd let yall know,' he wrote to his over 10 million fans.

 

 

Only moments later, Amber, 29, also took to her own Twitter page to share her joy over the nuptials.

'Yay me & my Baby are officially married!!!' she wrote.

 

 

 

This would be the first marriage for both Amber and Wiz. I bet their son Sebastian would be happy they did someday.
